He’s light hair and glasses and wears a trench coat and hat. Through the manga he could be described as some one shrouded in enigma about what his true motivations actually are, but it’s suggested that his strategy has been to show Tomoe that people and yokai can fall in love and that Nanami may be the one that can achieve Tomoe. Yet, it’s not clear if this is his only basis for the situation and events he put in place. Although he failed to appear much in the beginning of the manga, he’s since recently returned back to his shrine, but he accepts Nanami as the land god and not him.
